Deliveries
To ensure smooth, safe, and efficient deliveries, please follow the guidelines below:
- 15-Minute Wait Time
Our drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location. After that, they must move on to the next delivery. - Valid Delivery Locations
Deliveries must be made to a residential address or a well-lit public location if scheduled after dark.
No exceptions for unsafe or unclear locations. - Payment Policy
- Have your funds ready before the driver arrives.
- Products will not be released until payment is confirmed.
- Drivers do not provide transportation for customers to access funds.
- No sketchy locationsโdrivers reserve the right to cancel a delivery if the location feels unsafe.
- Store Stops & Additional Services
- Any request for a store stop must be approved in advance by the driver.
- Full payment for your order must be sent before any store stop is made.
- A mandatory tip is required for store stop services.
- Free Delivery Eligibility
- Orders of $25 or more qualify for free delivery.
- Orders under $25 will include a flat $10 delivery fee.

PRIZES
We love showing love to our loyal supporters through giveaways, raffles, and special promosโbut please keep in mind the following when it comes to claiming your prize:
- All prizes must be picked up in person.
Delivery is not available for prize items unless they are included with a qualifying purchase of $25 or more. - No stand-alone prize deliveries.
If you win a prize but donโt place a qualifying order, youโll need to arrange a pick-up at a designated time and location provided by our team. - Add a qualifying order = get it delivered.
Want your prize delivered? Just include it with a regular order that meets the free delivery minimum of $25 or more. Itโs that easy. - Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Prizes not picked up within a set time frame (typically 72 hours unless otherwise noted) may be forfeited or offered to another winner. Communication is keyโlet us know if you need more time.

Do not serve policy
To maintain the safety, integrity, and professionalism of our service, STATE2STATEPAXX enforces a strict Do Not Serve List policy. Please read the following carefully:
- Violation of any delivery, payment, or exchange rules will result in your profile being added to our Do Not Serve List.
- No-shows for either delivery or pick-up will also result in immediate placement on the list.
A no-show includes failing to be present, unresponsive communication, or delaying the driver beyond the 15-minute wait time. - Flagged profiles will be blocked from placing future orders.
Calls and messages from flagged numbers will be automatically rejected unless payment for the full order is sent in advance. - Once flagged, your account will require manual review and may be restricted to pick-up only, regardless of order size or frequency.

Exchanges
At STATE2STATEPAXX, customer satisfaction mattersโbut so does product integrity. Please read carefully before requesting an exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted for products that are completely untouched.
This means no opened packaging, no used items, and no tampering of any kind. We inspect all returns before processing any exchanges. - Tampered or used products will not be accepted.
If a product shows any signs of being used or altered, we will not be able to offer an exchange under any circumstances. - Repeated return requests will affect your delivery eligibility.
If multiple returns are made, you may lose the ability to receive deliveries. In this case, all future orders will be available for pick-up onlyโno exceptions. - Pick-up ensures satisfaction.
If youโve had previous concerns with a product, we encourage you to choose pick-up. This way, you can inspect the product and make sure it meets your expectations before completing the transaction.
